Adrienne Tibbs is our Operations Associate, supporting our entire PSL team with a focus on operations and finance. She started at PSL in August 2023 as an Office Assistant and has since been promoted.Adrienne graduated with an Associate of Arts degree from North Seattle Community College in 2022 while simultaneously getting her High School Diploma. She then went on to study Business Administration with a focus on Finance at the University of Washington Foster School of Business and graduated with her Bachelor’s in 2024.In early high school, Adrienne started and, through college, ran her own “odd jobs” company  to save for college and graduate debt-free, as well as pay for living and travel expenses. She was even able to start a retirement fund. During this time, Adrienne also went to school full-time, played sports and participated in other extracurriculars, and managed a social life. In addition, while attending the University of Washington, Adrienne coached women's swimming and track and field at Nathan Hale High School.Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys reading, hiking, kickboxing, traveling, and trying new restaurants across Seattle. She has around 35 plants and counting (her friends affectionately call her the plant mom). She aspires to travel the world and continue learning throughout her life.
