Jesse Guzman joined Pioneer Square Labs as a Business Lead with 12 years of experience in consumer technology, strategy, and financial services. He was most recently Chief of Staff to the CEO and President at Rain Technologies Inc., a financial technology company focused on earned wage access. Prior to that, Jesse spent four years at Nerdwallet, a personal finance company, where he led various growth and expansion initiatives as a senior member of the Business Operations and Strategy team. Earlier in his career, Jesse worked as a strategy consultant at Prophet, a brand strategy consulting firm, where he advised large multinationals on customer experience, portfolio architecture, and brand positioning. Jesse began his career in alternative investments advisory at Aksia (fka Torreycove Capital Partners) and investment banking at BB&T Capital Markets.

Jesse received his MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and his B.S. from SUNY Albany.
